International Conference on Optical Communications and Networks (ICOCN) serves as one of the largest international forums for researchers involved in all aspects of optical communications and networks. It has been held annually since its establishment in 2002, except for 2020 when it was suspended due to the COVID-19 pandemic. All accepted papers will be submitted to IEEE Xplore and indexed by EI Compendex, providing wide international visibility for authors' research.

Submission Guidelines
